Getting Started with Outlet Pricer

What Outlet Pricer does

Outlet Pricer prices closeout and discount inventory consistently. Your processors scan a barcode, the tool calculates a price from reference retail and category, and the price stays consistent regardless of who’s on shift.

You configure the rules once. Every scan after that follows them.

Your first 15 minutes

1. Set your discount rules. Under Settings → Discount Rules, apply the industry template as a starting point. Adjust category discounts to match how your store actually prices. Most owners spend 5 to 10 minutes here on day one and revisit as they learn what works.
2. Invite your team. Under Settings → Team, add your processors and managers by email. Each person gets an invitation to set up their own login. They can start using the workstation immediately.
3. Do a practice scan. In the workstation, scan a real barcode from your inventory. Watch the cascade: reference retail lookup, category match, final price. If anything looks off, adjust your discount rules and try again.

You’re ready to run a shift.

What each person sees

Owners see everything: workstation, team management, discount rules, billing, and reports.

Managers see workstation, team management, and discount rules. They can’t change billing.

Processors see the workstation only. They scan, review, and price all day. No configuration surface, no chrome, just the tool.
