1. Who we are

Outlet Pricer is provided by IMA LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“we” or “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through outletpricer.com and the Outlet Pricer application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Names and email addresses of account owners and the employees they invite, along with roles and login activity.
• Business information. Your company name, store details, number of pricing stations, and anything you tell us in a demo request or support message.
• Pricing and product data. The products your team scans, the prices you set, your discount rules, and notes entered in the Service.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your billing name, subscription status, and the last four digits and expiration of your card. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device information. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including your pricing profile.
• To process subscriptions, payments, and refunds.
• To send transactional messages, such as account invitations, receipts, and service notices.
• To respond to support requests and demo requests.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers we share information with

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Stripe, for payment processing and billing.
• Vercel, for hosting our website and application.
• Supabase, for database hosting and authentication.
• Resend, for sending transactional email.
• Anthropic, for AI retail research, which uses product information to generate suggested retail prices.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Your prices stay private

Prices you set are saved to your store’s pricing profile and are not visible to other stores. Product catalog details, such as product names, sizes, and reference retail, are stored in a database shared across customers.

6. Data retention

We keep account, business, and pricing data for as long as your account is active. After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify that data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep certain records, such as billing records, to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by contacting us.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can access and update most account information in the Service. You can also ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@outletpricer.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand site traffic.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will notify account owners by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
