Questions
What counts as a terminal?
A pricing station: one device signed in and pricing at a time. Employees each have their own account, and accounts are unlimited on both plans. What you pay for is how many stations run at once, not how many people work them across a week.
What if I need more than 9 terminals?
Get in touch and we will quote it. Past nine stations the setup work varies enough that a fixed number would be guesswork, so we price it against your operation.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, in both directions. Moving from Self-Service to Managed adds the implementation work and its one-time fee. Moving down takes effect at your next billing period, and your catalog and rules stay as they are.
What happens after the trial or money-back period?
The Self-Service trial runs 7 days, and the subscription begins at the end of it unless you cancel first. Managed includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: if it is not a fit, email us inside 14 days and we refund it.
What does the implementation fee actually cover?
Getting your operation running rather than handing you a login. We import your existing product and pricing data, set up your discount rules to match how you buy, configure your stations, and train your team on the daily loop.
Do you offer discounts for multi-store operators?
Quarterly billing saves 5% and annual saves about 17%, which is roughly two months free. Paying annually up front also waives the implementation fee. For several stores under one owner, contact us and we will quote it together.
What if I have questions during the trial?
Email support and you will get a person. During a trial that is usually the fastest way to find out whether the tool fits how you price, because most questions turn out to be about rules rather than software.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. For annual plans, contact us if you would rather pay by invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Is my data portable if I leave?
Your products, prices, and rules are yours. Ask and we will export them for you in a spreadsheet format you can take anywhere.
